Through the first-conversation form: name, company, chosen topic, email address and/or phone number, plus the page the request was sent from and the language used.

Purpose and legal basis

This data is used only to get back to you about your request and arrange a first conversation. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). It is never sold or used for marketing.

Recipients

The C2SYS team. The form is delivered by email through the Web3Forms service, acting as a technical processor.

Retention

1 month after the last contact with no follow-up.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies. We use Simple Analytics, a privacy-first analytics tool: it collects no personal data, uses no cookies or identifiers, and statistics are anonymous and aggregated. Fonts are hosted on the site itself.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction, erasure or restriction of your data, and object to its processing, by writing to info@c2sys.eu. You may also lodge a complaint with the Commission nationale pour la protection des données (CNPD), Luxembourg.
