Some clients want a regular outside view on their IT decisions. In that setting, C2SYS answers everyday questions, gives a first opinion on a quote, helps identify the right person to involve or suggests a first line of analysis.
If a request really needs a larger project, we say so clearly. We give a first reading, then explain when a topic needs scoping or additional work.
A question never quietly turns into a billable assignment.
It can happen.
C2SYS publishes its own software and works with a network of partners. When one of our solutions genuinely meets the identified need, we may propose it.
But we make it clear that it’s ours. And if we see a limitation or something less suited to your need, we say that too.
We may also conclude that the best decision is to keep what you have, or to choose something else.
The need determines the solution. The solution doesn’t determine the advice.
Part of our job is knowing where our own expertise ends.
C2SYS can give a first reading of the organisational, technical, contractual or legal aspects around an IT decision. But we don’t replace the professionals whose involvement is required.
When legal advice is needed, we work with qualified counsel. When a topic calls for specialist expertise, we can work with your current provider or draw on our network.
